                                 First off, "Welcome to The "Butter Cream" Mafia!

Don't worry, the only whacking that takes place is the eggs cracking over a bowl, or the  whipping of  homemade butter cream done by my mixer!

So let's sit and discuss things like familia!

I guarentee ," I will create a cake for you that you can't refuse!"

       My name is Colleen Ann and I been creating customized cakes

for quite a while now! My earliest memory in the kitchen, is of my

italian grandmother (before anyone else was up) and starting her

daily routine  of making homemade sauce or pasta and even her

breads!  All the woman did was cook. She put alot of love and

heart into her food!

       I can still remember wanting to take part in her cooking ritual

and instead of asking me to leave to another room, like most

adults would do, she would always allow me to sit at one part

of the table (hair up and hands washed!!)with my own portion

of dough, while she was on the other side hard at work.

      She was a true blessing in my life. Strict, yet loving, bold, yet honest. It all stayed with me into adulthood and so my love for baking was born.

     I also have always free hand drawn since childhood. I could look at any picture or object and simply copy the exact same on another paper (no treceing) just all free hand. I eventually started doing the same with play doe and even meer clay. One day I simply figured why not attempt with fondant? After that I knew I found what I could do best!

    I am certainly not a huge bakery or a store, or even some well known shop. I meerly create all my customized cakes and cupcakes from the privacey of my own kitchen at home!  

      

   

      I purchase all "fresh" ingrediants so their at my disposal as if I was baking for my own familia! 

      

All the characters and detailed designs you see on the cakes are actually

"hand sculpted" by me (no plastic toppers at all!) out of  fondant/gumpaste.

These can take many hours to make  & sometimes even days!
